Experienced in camp and lodge kitchen consultancy, private and corporate brunches, lunches and dinners, high teas, cocktail parties, product launches, weddings, bush dinners, catering in town, country and remote areas.

We cater for special events, packed gourmet Safari Food, on-the-go for chartered flights, transfers, boat cruises and safaris. We also supply cost effective traditional meals for staff.
